Hello! I wanted to respond to the most current post to keep this string up to date.
Internal vibrations were the 1st symptoms of what was to become my dx of late onset Multiple Sclerosis. I had been experiencing strange vibrations (a buzzing) in my torso that would wake me from morning sleep. They then dissipated upon getting up and I wouldn’t feel them again until the next morning. The sensations were enough to send me to a Neurologist for a work up which included a spinal tap which confirmed MS. I was 65 yo in 2015 when I was dx.
I still have the vibrations, but not as significant and or not as regularly, but they are still present. I take Gabepentin 3x/day for general discomfort for the MS (which is stable with no new plaque development). I have had hypothyroidism for decades, but in my case the vibrations were not attributed to thyroid disease.
I hope you find some answers; a neurological workup may be worth your while.
Good Luck.
