Yes. This happens to me almost every night. My hands feel like pons and needles. Wakes me up and then I have to shake and massage them to get the feeling back. At first I thought I was sleeping on the them in a position that was blocking the blood flow but now it think it's one of the LC or dysautonomia symptoms.
