I had arthritis but it wasn’t an issue. I did pt immediately after the revision, a d had improvement. I rented the flexinator for 800 a month. Helped me a alot. A started walking in the pool, pedaling motions, lots of stretching on the steps. It was a year process after the revision. Then again after huge sutures were removed. Lots and lots of ice pads. Spent most of 2 years crying until the revision. I'm 7 months out from last suture surgery and nust this week feeling .uch better. Every day is all about the knee, stretching, icing, biking, swimming etc. And my dr recommended 1 aleve with 1 tylenol together to help the swelling and pain. It works. I will never get more than 110 degree bend but I can do most of what I want. Keep working at it. Also, primary physician strongly suggested a mild anti depressant because the trauma had become so much of my life. It really helped. Just keep working at it.
