Hydrogen peroxide is not effective against mycobacteria, so you might ask the dentist if an alcohol soak is safe. I replace my toothbrush head on the first of every even month. Overly cautious? Maybe, but I have far fewer canker sores since I started doing it.

Hi Sue,
I’m a bit confused. In the pamphlet that comes with the Aerobica, it states that one of the ways to disinfect the device is by soaking it in Hydrogen peroxide for 30 min. Is this incorrect for those of us who have MAC?

Also is it safe to disinfect the Aerobica in a Bololo baby bottle sterilizer?
