In follow up…. I have commenced 20mg Prozac daily after tapering off Efexor 75mg (see my post re: horror story discontinuation side effects). The first week I had daily headaches, but after 1 week the headaches subsided and I haven’t had one since! My mood is slowly leveling out (not up but not down). It’s been almost 2 since I started Prozac. Well worth a try… will keep you posted.
