@merpreb the cut off for osteoporosis is -2.5. Mine did not get worse. Going from -3.3 to -2.5 is going UP to borderline. Maybe the minus sign is confusing. I had fantastic gains.
I had the DEXA at 18 months and continued for 6 more months.

@windyshores- Thank you for this correction! Of course, I forgot my basic math! I'm happy for you. It's a tough decision for me to make whether I'll try one of the new medications or not. Like everyone, I'm very scared of side effects.
