This may not be a good answer for you, but if it were me, I’d find someone with access to ChatGPT 4 or the new Microsoft AI program and feed into it ALL your symptoms and see what it comes up with.

These programs are not perfect, can they can scan through enormous amounts of research and medical references and may find a connection between your symptoms. I’d run a list with all your medical related symptoms, but then also run one with things that aren’t typically asked by a physician, like do you have gingivitis, exposure to someone who’s had a CoxSackie virus (Hand, Foot, Mouth disease, more frequent at daycares), etc.
