Knee cap is not where it should be

Saw my surgeon where ex ray showed my knee is not centered but to the left of the knee … has anyone had off centered knee cap.. surgeon said to work on quads .. I went to him bc pain is my constant companion since having knee surgery in September 2023

Have you ever had problems sitting to stand??? I was wondering about my knee cap too. Everything else is fine except sit to stand and everyone tells me I need to work more on my quads which I do. Just wondering

No .. but felt something was not right as read post where ppl were paid free.. and I was having great levels of pain… I do/did a lot of quad work. I think the surgeon should have made that observation bc 3 x I have had X-rays and visit to office

Yes I continue lots of quad work in and out of the therapy pool I think I’m going to check out the nearby balance center that has harness attached to the ceiling for walking balance and sit to stand. Thank you. Good luck
