God Bless You! You are not a hypochondriac....if you are, so am I! COVID can wreak havoc on us in many different ways. My bloodwork was all over the place after COVID. They thought my pitutary gland had stopped working and that I need a liver ultrasound. Two months later, all my bloodwork was normal. Also, my A1C was high for the first time....doctor thought I was prediabetic....It was COVID. All the symptoms you have sound like "long COVID". I went to a long COVID clinic and was diagnosed last year after months of a lot of what you are describing. I didn't go back due to the time, drive and all that is involved to see so many different doctors. I am going to an integrative medicine doctor and he is trying to help me with Long Covid. No disrespect to the medical field, but, they are all learning how to deal with long COVID symptoms as it is new and they are not versed presently on what to do for it. It did a number on my lungs, arthritis, sinus and GERDS. That is getting better and I am grateful. It takes time. I had COVID again last October. I lost my taste completely for coffee...it is so bitter to me now. The fatigue is still hanging on from COVID. Rest when you can. Rest is healing. Praying for you. I care.
