Yes!! I am a very active person. I am the kind of person that even if I stay home, there is always something that needs to be done. Since Covid, not the case. I literally emptied the dishwasher the other day and was so exhausted afterward, I had to nap. Not only is it odd for me to be exhausted after the emptying of the dishwasher, but it’s odd for me to take naps. Same thing happened after I did a few loads of wash. One would have thought I ran a marathon, I was so exhausted afterward. I did have two full days where I felt great. I did a ton of laundry, cleaned all the floors, dusted, vacuumed, scrubbed bathrooms, etc. Boy did I pay for it the next four days. So beware not to do too much even if you feel good. Hoping this does t last forever, but for now I work for about 10 minutes and sit for an hour and repeat. It’s ridiculous to have to do that, but if I go longer than 10 minutes, then payback for doing that is worse. Just hoping this fatigue along with several other highly annoying symptoms don’t last forever, but I definitely GET your “spells”. I mean who the heck gets exhausted after emptying a dishwasher that’s not that full to begin with??? Almost UNBELIEVEABLE. I hope you get an answer to your “spells” and if you do, let me know. I will say I’m lucky in that the Covid brain fog I have makes me care a little less about what I get accomplished so I guess that’s a plus. Good luck and I hope you find your energy sooner rather than later.

Yes. It’s a strange feeling. It took a year for me to get back to normal energy levels. Then I got the new booster shot and it all came back. Along with inflammation in joints and stomach distress. Getting energy back now but look for relapse perhaps.
Good luck.

Have you had the test for POTS?
