ktf, thank you for your reply. I also was prescribed 250mg. As I said in another reply, I’m having a terrible time with anxiety and have been afraid to begin the medication and make it worse. It sounds like you haven’t experienced depression, etc. from it. I can deal with some diarrhea. Obviously, it affects everyone differently so I must make a decision soon. My COPD is worsening and I have to somehow get it under control. Thank you again…there may be some others who share their experiences.
