@scoop I missed this back in 2024. Good information from Dr. Huitt, retired.
I knew all except the "no more than 6 oz. at a time. I'm trying so hard to have enough liquids and then reduce it from 8oz to 6oz??????....well...
Good information and I will consider the 6oz suggestion.
