Invasive Lobular carcinoma history. 9 years ago. New symptoms

Posted by grammyp @grammyp, Jan 3 6:02pm

Had a double mastectomy 9 years ago for ILC. Started recently experiencing general malaise. Nausea and headaches daily now, start later day into evening. Sometimes headaches are waking me. Feel like I coming down with the flu. Some vomiting. Have recently found two large dents in my skull about 2-3 inches in length that were not there before. Significant Problems remembering, and change in vision. I’m mostly concerned about the dents in skull with the nausea and headache symptoms. ( of note, a recent X-ray for back problems show a new diagnosis of scoliosis ? ) should I be concerned?

Please make an appointment with your oncologist so some tests can be run. Love and hugs.

Adding a third vote to see your oncologist…soon!
Wishing you well.

If you cannot be seen by either your oncologist or primary doctor, the emergency room is always an option. Nausea, vomiting and headaches are also symptoms of increased intracranial pressure and should be evaluated urgently. Thinking of you so let us know when you’re able.

Re: Scoliosis

Perhaps you always had the scoliosis and were just not told.
It may be more defined with aging.
