Success with Prolia?

@meomurian

I have been receiving Prolia injections for 5 years and just had cold intolerance when I first started. That was manageable. That side effect went away before my second injection. I have fallen twice since then once a kneecap fracture and a few years later a hip fracture. I am convinced that the Prolia kept my fracture s from becoming serious breaks. My bone density is stable. Hope this helps.

This is a very encouraging report of your personal experience. Good for you!!!!!
Would you be willing to share your age and T-scores?

I was on Prolia for 2 years and during that time I fell and fractured my femur. Then I had a spontaneous fracture of my tibia/ankle then patella. With those last two fractures my doctor concluded that I was failing Prolia therapy so was started on Tymlos. Although that is not the usual sequence for treatment it was felt no other options. I’ve been on the Tymlos for 6 months and will recheck my p1p and ctx levels this month. After Tymlos I will be transitioned to either Prolia or Reclast.
