@paulbklyn
It took about 2 months before my stimulator began to affect the neuropathy pain in my feet, and several adjustments the first couple of months after that. After a year, I found that I needed adjustment every 3 months. My scs is a Burst DR from Abbott. While its efficacy is reduced now, after 2 1/2 years, I know that it's playing a role in the pain management, along with a few medications. I had an MRI a couple of months ago and 3 weeks later I discovered that I had never turned my scs back on. I didn't notice it at first, but the pain was increasing up until the moment that I couldn't remember turning it on. Its MRI comparability was one of the reasons I chose the Burst DR, as well as the fact that I have no vibration from it. It turns itself on for 30 seconds every 3 minutes, and I never feel any indication that it's on, unless I look at the iPad controller.
I hope you will be feeling less pain over the next few months.
Jim
