I know! I had come up with silent reflux or LPR on my own too. My symptoms were wakening with chest pain and/or nausea. If I didn’t have so much experience with cardiology I would’ve been in the ER thinking it was a heart attack.

Right! Almost every one in my family has it, except for my dad and I. My nephew recently had to get help at 3:00 a,m, due to severe pain. He thought it was a heart attack. But, I’m not positive it was acid now….the ENT examined me and saw no issue with my throat. This was before the burning incident ….so, idk. Are you a cardiologist?
