Any solutions to the Ostomy Bags ballooning? What can you do?

My pouch does the samething at night. It depends what and when you eat. Some alcohol or spicey food does that. I tried the tab to release gas and it leaked. You can get larger pouches that might delay the air filling .

You would think the prices they charge for these bags the company would invest some money in finding a better solution... They are using the same filtering system for the past 10 years. I would change the company I use if another company invented a better filtering system in a heartbeat...
