@henribaai Hi. You sound like you might have an upper gastrointestinal problem called esophagitis. Try there things: Avoid greasy, fried food. No caffeine. Sleep with your head propped up as high as you can, and still manage to sleep. Take 2 or 3 extra strength tums before you go to sleep. (Or any anti acid you prefer.) Go to a stomach doctor and perhaps get an upper gastro intestinal x ray with barium. Hope this helps!!! Lori Renee

@lorirenee1 thank you. I have taken omeprazole earlier and switched to rabeprazole but non has been helpful. I'm really concerned about this chest pain. Something it's as if I can't breath out completely.

I use a 6" wedge bed pilow. Put regular bed pillow on top because the wedge is too firm. This helps me.
