Gabapentin can do that but it usually goes away over time. The vision accommodates, at least for me. I was also placed on a very low dose of Siniquane ( an old tricyclic). 25mg, very low. They now have 10mg Doxepin ( same thing). I did it for a year. Saved my life! The first few days I thought ( oh my goodness, how will I function) but the blurry went away.
