Stage 4a 20 yrs ago. Surgery then PSA recurred and stated lupron, for all this time with bony Mets for 8 yrs and have had every treatment possible. Different hormones, chem, stereotactic radiation, provenge, denosumab, radium 223 and now Pluvicto along with zolodex. Long story but >20 yrs and still fighting the fight. We all have different disease despite the same diagnosis.
