You can unsubscribe from groups, discontinue receiving emails or choose which ones you'd like to receive related to your interests in your Account Settings. See instructions here, https://connect.mayoclinic.org/get-started-on-connect/
The instructions include:
- How to follow and unfollow Groups
- How to Set Notification Preferences
- How to Subscribe or Unsubscribe from a Discussion
- How to Stop or Restart all Notifications
Should you wish to start receiving notifications again, simply login again and set your notification preferences to receive only the emails you wish to receive.
