@susanfalcon52 there are only two options as far as I know: a bisphosphonate or Prolia. My docs prefer a bisphosphonate and try to avoid Prolia. They tell me Reclast is more potent for locking in gains and I have GERD so oral bisphosphonates are not a good option. I am sensitive to meds and have a lot of health issues so we will try a test dose of Reclast first. I wish there were more options! (I have been wondering why the later months of Evenity, which are more anti-resorptive, don't lock in gains, but perhaps studies haven't been done. I am going to ask my doc.)
