Are you taking supplements? Of course winter can be a factor. Early on in my Tymlos treatment I read that Tymlos "eats" Vitamin D. I took 3,000 units a day and my level of 52 stayed the same. To get back up from 30 you would need to try more I guess, at least in the short term. My gummies are D3 as well as D3 and K2 (45mcg) so I take two D3 and one D3 and K2, 1,000 units each.

I am taking a total of 2000 units in my supplements. However, I had to drop one of the supplements several days prior to bloodwork, as it also contains biotin, which would interfere with my P1NP result (which I haven't gotten back yet). So I was taking just 1000 units in the three days prior to the blood draw. I also thought I read somewhere on this site that Tymlos "eats" vitamin D, but I can't find any information of that nature when I google the question. Thanks so much for your help. I think, in any event, that I will up my supplementation to 3000 units. I take Dr. McCormick's OsteoStim and OsteoSustain.
