Thank you for your encouraging post. I have been eating 2 prunes a day for the past year and will increase to 4 a day. You give me hope!
Dear Sir. Prunes have a good amount of vitamin K which helps absorb other nutrients important for bone health. May I ask, Does your wife also take vitamin K supplements?
Thanks for sharing this. It goes to show that drugs aren’t necessarily the only option for increasing bone density. It makes me feel better about my no drug approach to dealing with my osteoporosis.
