Bone Coach - How do you know it works?

I am trying to avoid going on anything but having a hard time finding bone strengthening exercises which is a whole program, preferably online. As you mention, there is a lot of scam out there.
Do you know of anything that might be available online which is a good program?

Also the customer “reviews” were glowing but talked about NOTHING. They said they liked their coach and had someone to talk to, but none that I saw gave actual numbers or results. Sounded like a scam. Plus I get emails saying “8 things you must do today for osteoporosis” and if you click on the story link, it takes you to a place to sign up for the program. @rockmom65 I did not have any side effects with Fosamax. I took the medication as directed, weekly, and waited a minimum of 30 minutes (I think that's the direction) in the morning before eating or drinking anything.

How long have you been on Fosamax? How much improvement in bone density since taking it? How often are you tested to find this improvement? Thank you. I have started my 4th month. Doc says no results will show up for at least a year. I experience headache and some nausea on the day I take the pill.
