@wieczorkemaria There is lidocaine cream, roll-on, and spray. Doesn't last as long as Voltaren, but still effective.

When my arthritis in my lower back acts up, I use a salon pain patch with lidocaine. It’s a 50/50 solution. If it does not ease the pain, my doctor gave me an Rx of 800mg of ibuprofen and to take with 2 Tylenol tablets. This helps ease the pain or gets rid of it. I would only take this on a full stomach once a day but it does work. Pain management is so individual and best to speak to a pain management doctor.
