@ldrutter , reading your reply, are you saying that ‘it’ meaning a lumpectomy hasn’t been mentioned since the biopsy showed it was benign?
My point was that if there is a mass in your breast, even of the biopsy shows it is benign - the mass should not be there, & should be removed. If removed when benign, it will not ‘possibly’ turn into cancer. That was my point.
Obviously, you are having these these feelings in your words “have been having aching, itching, pain, and a wet sensation in my left breast,” , it is not normal & the mass should be removed. Good luck.

That is correct. A lumpectomy has not been mentioned. I’m definitely going to bring this up in the morning. I may even get a second opinion. I will keep you all updated!
