I am hoping to have all the ingredients you mention arriving today. I shall report back in a few days to advise if it worth the investment.

Yes tried both, still take R Alpha Lipoic daily, does it help, I still suffer numbness in feet with a bit of swelling. Not diabetic, my stenosis is the cause from what my doctors say. Tried the Frankincense, no did nothing.
