COVID-19 Vaccine and Breast Cancer

Does anyone know if the Covid-19 vaccine contributes to the progression of breast cancer?

A pharmacist recommended I do not get the first booster. I had CT scans in Feb 23 and May 23. Feb my heart was fine. In May the CT showed it as enlarged. The only thing I did was have the initial 2 shots. I've shed away from the boosters but not the seasonal flu shots

You should know the answer to that. Any pill or shot works in their financial favour. Promoting drugs and shots is the name of their business. Be ware

My Baylor Scott & White family practitioner does not benefit when she recommends a COVID booster that I get at Walgreens (no prescription needed). My MD Anderson oncologist does not financially benefit either from the same recommendation.
It’s always good to consider whether a recommendation is coming from a reputable person, and whether there are financial benefits. But in the case of COVID boosters I don’t think our doctors are benefiting from recommending it.

I have stage 4 breast cancer that has spread to my lungs. I’m not going to get my Covid shot. I believe that putting more stuff in the mix will just aggravate my neuropathy and decrease my immune system. Since it is a virus going in. Not going to take that chance.

The vaccine can indeed trigger neuropathy which if you're susceptible will also be triggered by catching covid. But, the MRNA shots do NOT contain viruses, living or dead. And the MRNA procedure is already being researched to develop vaccines protecting against certain cancers. It's very exciting news. FYI I'm 4 1/2 years out from a stage 3 breast cancer diagnosis and have had multiple Pfizer shots including the newest just last month. I had chemo induced neuropathy prior to any vaccines, and have seen no noticeable change in its severity.

I have gone full circle from getting all the Covid vaccines through October 2022 to not getting any more.

Side effects of Covid vaccines:

I have an arrhythmia which developed after Covid vaccine.
That is a known side effect.
Also developed breast cancer after Covid vaccines.

Everyone makes their own decisions……

I had arrhythmia and cancer before covid vaccinations, which didn't make either worse.

Just printed a copy
FYI i havereceived 4 Moderna covid vaccines
Since receiving the 4th vaccine Dec. 2022 i have had pancreRuc and liver issues. Becoming very ill, elevated pancreatic and liver enzymes, horrible abdominal cramping. Ibrought up this concern on Mayo Connect several months ago. We need Mayo to investigate these multiple concerns.
If the Mayo Connect helpline has updated information please send it our way.
Thank you

I doubt Mayo will touch this topic. Too hot for the conventional medical centers.
