@dwpoole

I finished 6 lu177 treatments in November. I’m still on lupron and zytiga. My psa has been undetectable for about 6-8 months. I was in a clinical trial to test this triplet therapy. It will be hard to determine which treatment gets credit for my good outcome. My bone scans with the most recent scan in December show fewer bone Mets . I am told the remaining areas of uptake are from bone healing and not the tumors. I’m told that I am in remission and my outcome at this point is the best that could be hoped for. Hopefully this clinical trial will help determine how much early lu177 treatment was responsible.
It is hard to distinguish what caused my SE but fatigue is slightly better after finishing Lu 177 so I suspect it caused additional fatigue. But it’s manageable. It left me with dry mouth and metallic taste but that is getting better.
My hope is that ADT weakened the Mets so that Lu177 could finish them off.

I, too, am in my 4th /of 6 doses of Docetaxol to hopefully weaken the bone mets & will be starting Pluvicto after that. Hoping and praying it works well for me! Not too many options left after that😷🥺
