Renee - CAVEAT: Here comes my layperson's opinion. I don't think that it is any different than nebulizing saline when you have pneumonia or Covid than while you have MAC. All infections that affect the lungs, so whatever you can do to help keep them clear should be beneficial.
Did someone suggest that you stop the saline nebs?
