I had the gastric bypass and I am all for it however now they have other medications available for weight loss (and T2 diabetes) they did not have when I hasld decided on surgery. Please research the T2 diabetes medication Mounjaro which works awesome for my A1C but also is a weight loss medication that works awesome for most and it now approved for weight loss (Called Mounjaro for T2 diabetes and Zepbound for weight loss). If this was out in 2016 I would have never had WLS. I wish you all the"best!!
