Hi, I have also been having right sided abdo pain for years ,steadily getting worse but nothing on my ultrasound or ct scan.It doesn't affect my hip.It is now extending from my pelvis to under my ribs and worse after meals. It's a medical mystery. All my blood tests are OK but I did have low vit d and low potassium for many years.

I am guessing that your gallbladder has been checked but you can have gallbladder disease that doesn’t show up on ultrasound or CT. Ask dr if you can get a Hidascan. It shows whether your gallbladder is functioning properly or not.
