I'm so sorry that you are having such problems! That must be overwhelming! I have a few issues like you. I don't like driving the car but I make myself do it. However, I worry about it the night before I drive the car. I enjoy it once I am actually driving. However, the traffic is bad here and marijuana and other drugs are now legal in Washington State where I live. I worry that other drivers are all high and I will have an accident! I also don't like being around large noisy groups with loud music! That makes me nervous.
The way I handle things is through prayer and it works! Sometimes it takes longer for my prayers to be answered but eventually they do get answered. I pray everyday. God is there for you. He made you and he can help you. It states in the Holy Bible, "Ask and it shall be given to you."
