linedancer18337 Welcome to connect Linda This is Linda love your dog. We aren't Dr.s but can help with what helps us . I have had RLS in the past and found some solutions The Dr. told me to drink more water with the electrolytes in it. Potassium and magnesium is needed by out bodies and RLS. Believe it or not for a starting of a cramp is drink pickle juice the dill juice not the sweet. Potassium is the important one along with drinking water don't get dehydrated. Hope some of this will help. A friend of mine use to keep mustard packets in her purse when out . When RLS would start out came her mustard she would swallow it ug. But claimed it helped her . For sleep at night time I drink a cup of warm milk with cinnamon in it .
@linedancer18337 Good morning. Let’s deal with this pain. It appears the you have reached a point where sleep deprivation has created severe anxiety which creates more pain and then you are in a loop.
Where is the pain? Do you have an ice pack that you can put in the freezer? As soon as it is cold enough apply it to the pain area.
Is there a sleep center where you live? If you can tell me more about the location of the pain I may be able to direct you to someone who has experience with your symptoms.
