How to manage having Covid and MAC?

I have Bronchiectasis,MAC .But 2days ago I got Covid . My pulmonologist told me that I should stop taking rifampin and clarithromycin while I am taking paxlovid.
Do any people here have similar experience? Thanks for your answer.

How are your vital signs? Paxlovid had no effect on me as my spo2 dropped to 84% and temp to 102.8 so I went to the ER for remdesivir, az, cefTRIAXone, dexAMETHasone and lactate all by IV.
