They did not offer any alternative options. I asked about a therapy pool for the physical activity portion, but they said they don’t use this. It will be interesting to see how I am feeling after my foot issue resolves as “all this rest” is probably causing significant atrophy of many major muscle groups. Your question about how I’m feeling other than disappointment has me thinking, but nothing comes to mind.....I guess it all just seems too much sometimes....thanks so much everyone for listening.
