I am on Xtandi for a year and it has stopped working Mets in spine L1 and T10 to 18 small spots and on hip Xgeva was added and i still get Zolodex every 3 months

Looking a chemo in January and maybe a LU 177 clinical trial 8 years now and pray for more 79 feeling fine Darn flu bug though right now Had the shot and covid on Friday

PSA was 1,7 then 6.8 Xtandi down to 3.0 now back to 6.5

Hi, is it only hormone therapy keeping it at bay for 8 years & is the January chemo your first in all this time?
