@migizii my name is Sue and have lived with a variety of chronic pain conditions for most of my life. Unfortunately, as I get older (64j, the conditions have increased and complications occur from time to time. I find people’s input interesting and helpful to me. I hope all of you can find ways to live life on the “good” days with joy and remember them when challenged by the other ones.

Hi Sue!
Welcome to our group. We are here to support you any way we can.
I am also 64 and have been living with chronic pain for over a decade.
Thankfully, over the last 18 mos. I have found a GREAT neurosurgeon to help me in a way no one else could.
I am currently pain free!
For me, there were NO 'good' days and it not only impacted my physical health, but it also impacted my mental health.
It is difficult to live with pain 24/7 for years and years.
It came to a point where I had to retire from my job 2 years early (from the minimum retirement age) and go on disability.
Tell us a little more about what you are experiencing, what you are doing to deal with the pain and what you hope to accomplish.

Have a pain free day!
Ronnie (GRANDMAr)
