So happy for you! Believe it or not, when I asked my TKR surgeon about pre-surgery exercises, he said there was no need and he never recommended them! So I did not do any. My mistake!

I am really sorry to hear that. I had a friend recommend it and the surgeon was happy to give me the order. Happily I am still in PT as I am preparing for my next knee, which could be as soon as tomorrow (if there is a cancellation). Otherwise in January. I am strong and ready!

Sounds like a bad surgeon, or at a minimum, bad advice.
