I to have been dealing with this since my first infection 02/22 and when I explained it to my doctor he had no idea what to say. This internal running causes me to loose sleep which bring on the migraine and vertigo. It's a horrible cycle and the only thing that helps a little bit is deep breathing. I wish I had more answers for you, this is such a horrible unexplained illness that we are living with. My life is slipping by.
