Hi! I turned 16 this August. My growth spurt started during the pandemic when I hit puberty then grew to 5'7 and I haven't grown an inch after that. I have been stretching for quite a while now but nothing changed no signs of growth yet and I'm very worried about it has my growth plates closed and stopped growing? Is there a certain exercise or medication or any remedies I can take to increase my height or maximize it?

You didn’t mention if you are a young man or young woman
Either way, I understand your concern. It does appear as you are past your growth spurt but in general there continues to be slow growth still.
If you want to find out if your growth plates are closed, you can ask your pediatrician or family doctor to order an X-ray of your wrist. This is a standard test to evaluate growth in puberty.
If you go ahead with this, we would like to hear about the result.
