@ans do you do "natural' approaches in addition to meds, or without meds?

I am going to try "whole body" approaches when I finally get through my med regimen of Tymlos- Evenity_ 20% Reclast x4.

I am with you on this . I hope that when I am done with Evenity I will be able to go back to natural approaches. I took a dive bomb when I tried before . Went down over 13% .

Before starting Tymlos, had you tried any other drugs? Pretty sure that you covered this elsewhere, but I don't remember.
