I finally got and endoscopy over a year after getting my 2nd round of Covid when LH started. I have Gastritis. I guess covid ate up my stomach lining. Anyone else?
I'm on Sucralfate for the stomach lining and Cromyln Sodium for the histamine reactions (MCAS) and general body inflammation. Also was ordered to stop foods that gave me any reaction, hot sweats, joint pain, inflammation etc. That has left me vegan, gf, mostly legume free and except like 4 seeds, seed free. I'm feeling my better. Doctor said to do this for 6 months.

@x999x what ended up been your major diagnosis? i can only eat bland foods and my stomach can only handle oh 7.5 of water otherwise it hurts.

While it sounds like a very restrictive diet, I bet you're motivated to stick to it since you're finally feeling better. Any favorite recipes?
