Does anyone find that a type of shoe helps your foot neuropathy?

Medicare pays because I have diabetic neuropathy. I have severe numbness in both feet but without pain,
praise God for small things.

It's nice to be rid of my pain but it came at a price. The neuropathy caused numbness, weakness, ED, bladder and bowel issues.
The pain went away as my neuropathy increased in severity as more nerve fibers die. My pain was horrible and limiting but I could deal with it easier than my current 5 problems.
