Hi
I will not have any drains. I have a wedge pillow from when I had a compression fracture last yr so I will use that. I still sleep propped up, I can't lay flat since this fracture.

Hey @sue417 - I understand! Glad you will not have any drains. Mine caused a lot of pain!

That was another lesson I learned: Don't assume your pain is "normal". Say something. I didn't ... Then I learned that the excruciating pain could have been avoided: When the doctor removed the drains, my pain went away. BUT I didn't say anything for 10 days!

So, if something hurts, do speak up. It may be something avoidable.
