Food Sensitivity Testing - worth it or not?

I’ve had a food sensitivity test done. And when I cut the foods out that I was sensitive to, my symptoms went away. My granddaughter actually had one that was ordered by her PCP. They thought her issues were caused by grease but it’s actually the type of grease, such as corn and soybean.
I can’t say it would benefit everyone but it did me.

Which tests did you and your granddaughter have? I've been looking at Everlywell and EnteroLabs but am concerned about accuracy. About 15 years ago I had this done through US Biotek, which requires a doctor's order and am leaning towards that one if I can convince my medical provider to write the order.
