Silver girl- Just take a few deep breaths, breathe out slow. God has you and your surgeon in his hands! Praying that everything will be fine! Just remember that once you’re fully awake and doing well, you’ll want to ask about when you can get up and walk. I know that sounds crazy right now, but it is going to be one of the best and fastest ways for you to start exercising your lungs and getting back to your new normal. 🙏🙏🙏
Best to you! Cindy

When I had my lobectomy this past July I started walking before I got out of the hospital. I remember the nurses were surprised on how much I was walking. I could not drive for a month due to the pain medication prescribed so you should prepare for this and make sure you have someone who could drive for you.
