Would like to know people's experience using Fosamax

I have only been on Fosamax for 3 months and so far no side effects. I was fearful to take it based on possible side effects & other concerns about its impact on bone. Felt between a rock and a hard place & decided to try it.

I took fosamax for the recommended limit of 5 years, no apparent side effects at the time. A couple of years after I stopped taking it, I found that I had developed osteonecrosis in my jaw. It's not a common side effect, but it does happen. Like you said, it's like being between a rock and a hard place.
