HI Youngtwin,
Always welcome to this group of amazing people. I truly understand about what you are going through. I have severe stenosis and pheriifal neuropothy.
I have had a spinal stimulator implanted and it helps a great deal. I take gabapentin 800 mg and tramadol every 6 hrs., mostly for the neuropothy, sometimes the tramadol for my back when I stand too much or try to walk without my walker. I now have to use a cane or mostly a walker. Now I am having a lot of shaking in both hands. I am not sure if it is a reactions to some of the meds I take.
I am a female 75 yrs of age, in my earlier years I played sports, exercized everyday, work really hard helping my husband build homes.
I did not listen to advise given to take better care of myself, and this is part of why I am in this condition, I accept this.

All I can share about the whole situation for all of us with chronic pain is sense of humor, and attitude. Keep smiling even though you may hurt like the dickens. I so much agree about the opoids situation, I think we should all get in touch with our local Reps and Congressman. Lets complain about the rules they make for make for EVERYONE!
Take care and keep sharing 🙂
PEACE AND LOVE
